Leadership

Putting players in a position where they believe in themselves and become more confident in their abilities and gifts as a person. 

Vision

To help develop every player to the extent they create their patch and ceiling related to basketball. 

Philosophy

The more you develop players as individuals, the better your team becomes as a whole. "A rising tide lifts all boats." Mastery of fundamentals is missing from how many teach the game of basketball, today. We will resist that trend by teaching foundational skills that translate in-game. 

Compassion

Every player deserves attention. Every player deserves support. Every player deserves to know we care about them on the human level first. Basketball is secondary to life.
